What we collect

Payout Verdict does not require an account, does not collect email addresses, and does not process payments directly. We do not store personal information about visitors.

We use the following third-party services, which collect anonymised technical data:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Pageviews, scroll depth, and outbound link clicks. No PII. IP addresses are anonymised. You can opt out via our cookie consent banner ("Necessary only").
• Google Tag Manager. Used to load GA4 and route consent signals. No PII.
• Cloudflare. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP, user-agent, request URL) for 7 days as part of its DDoS protection. These logs are not shared with us in identifiable form.

Affiliate tracking

When you click an affiliate link, our partner network (Affilka) drops a cookie that attributes any future signup at the operator back to Payout Verdict. We never see your personal information through this process. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Cookies

We use cookies for: (a) remembering your age-gate confirmation (30 days), (b) remembering your cookie-consent choice, (c) loading Google Analytics if you have consented, and (d) the "dismiss" state on our sticky mobile CTA. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Your rights under GDPR / CCPA

Because we do not store personal information, there is generally nothing to request, export, or delete. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will investigate.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties beyond the services listed above. We do not run programmatic advertising.

Children

This site is for adults (18+, or 21+ in some jurisdictions). We make no effort to collect data from minors and require age confirmation on first visit.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and post a brief note on the homepage for at least 30 days.
